Cancellation, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Skydro Home Furnishing, we value our customers and strive to provide only the best in quality and service. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


🛑 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 10 minutes of placing them.

  • Once this time window has passed, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled.

  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email or phone with your Order ID.


♻️ Exchange Policy

  • Products can only be exchanged if they are defective, damaged, or destroyed during transit.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos/videos of the defective product.

  • Replacement will be arranged for the same item. If unavailable, a suitable alternative or store credit may be offered.


💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only if:

    1. The product is defective/damaged and cannot be replaced.

    2. The wrong product has been delivered.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.


🚚 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are used, washed, or tampered with after delivery are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Customized or special-order products are also non-returnable.
